AstroCamp is a hands-on physical science program with an emphasis on astronomy and space exploration offered by Guided Discoveries, Inc, a non-profit corporation serving public and private schools.

In addition to being a lot fun, AstroCamp meets science content standards for California, inspiring students with learning centers geared to our specific grade level. A Micro Gravity Lab, zip line, ropes courses,  a Mars based rock wall, and laser/star gazing, represent just a few of the options our group has to choose from when we attend.

The camp is located in the San Jacinto Mountains near the town of Idyllwild, two hours east of Los Angeles, California. It’s a beautiful 80-acre campus, on the edge of a mountain meadow, and boasts state of the art equipment for exploring science and nature, comfortable dorm rooms and meals served in their dining lodge.
